What the Federal Reserve lists show for Juneteenth

The Federal Reserve Financial Services schedule lists Juneteenth National Independence Day on June 19 in 2026 and June 19* in 2027, a Saturday, so Federal Reserve Banks and Branches are open the preceding Friday; the Board's K.8 list shows the same dates and says the Board of Governors is closed on June 18, 2027.

In 2026 Juneteenth fell on Friday, June 19, and the FedACH table showed processing ending June 18, 2026, 11:30 p.m. ET and resuming June 21, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET*. In 2027 the holiday falls on a Saturday and Federal Reserve Banks are open on Friday, June 18 (K.8), and the FedACH 2027 times were not published when we checked on November 1, 2026.

The Federal Reserve's K.8 footnote for Saturday holidays and its footnote to the "Processing Resumes" column are quoted below.
